Default BIS Software: Problem with filters

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I have had filters working for over a year (using BlackBerry Internet Service) for 3 email accounts (not using a BES).

I called tech support after when the filters suddenly stopped working. Tech Support found a place to check "ignore filters" which they had to uncheck, after I had tried to re-establish the filters to make sure they were working. However I don't have that option on my site. The implication is that if I add another filter, it may not work if the default that tech support only can access is "ignore". Anyone have thoughts on why the internet site I can access doesn't have the "ignore" filters option to check?
