Cool 8900 vs. 8320 (newbie, please help)

Please Login to Remove!

It's time to renew my contract and I want to get a Blackberry. The models I'm considering are the 8900 and the 8320, but I still don't which one to get. Since it is a 2 year contract I want the best phone available and that I can afford, so I'm leaning more towards the 8900, plus I'm also getting a $30 discount on either phone. So should I get the 8900?? Is the 8320 a good phone just in case I have to pick that one??

I know since this is the 8900 forum the opinions are going to be a bit biased, but I didn't know where else to post my question.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry Curve 8900)

I agree with lovescakemix. The 8900, in my opinion, is much improved. Faster processor, more internal memory and a better camera are some of the improvements. For me I could not go back to the 8320 just because of the sharp screen on the Curve 8900. It is so much better.

Agreed here to. Besides the processor you have more memory and a more up to date OS (don't forget to use the most recent version instead of what your carrier supports). Ps The screen is awesome also. Plus the 8900 has an internal GPS. No contest. Generations apart. 8900 winds

In the same boat myself, but in middle of my contract. Unfortunately, from my handling of the 8900 it just doesn't feel as solid as my 8320. Granted the 8900 upgrades compared to the 8320 are a leap ahead, my 8320 has run flawlessly. Personally, I think a 3G version BB would be worth the wait.
