hi there!

I got a problem with BB UAS. I just installet BES on a Win 2003 Server and added a user --> works perfect...receive mails etc.

Then i installed a win xp and tried to install the admin service.
after the message "service installed sucessfully" i went to services --> start --> faild!

issue 1:

issue2:

ok i have another question.
did anyone try onetime to install BESUserAdmin with a Notes ID that was not the ID of de current user??
Does it work?

To be honest I've never installed the BESUserAdminService on any computer other than a BES.

I almost always install BESUserAdmin with a Notes ID different than the current user.

Back from the dead....

To resolve this issue, simply add the Lotus Notes client app directory (ie. c:\program files\ibm\lotus\notes) to the system path.
