I have my att.net and gmail emails setup on my phone but I am not receiving them at all. I checked the passwords and they are valid so I think the problemis with my phone since I don't receive both email accounts.

Have you tried doing a battery pull and then sending a test email to yourself to see if you receive it?

I could use some help. I have tried all the major items.

Soft Reset. ##000000 (twice)
Resent Service Books (twice)

No luck.

Alltel is telling me it is with my IT department, but I can't receive my blackberry.com email.

I can send email from both accounts, but can't receive any email.

Outlook exchange server - email (6 other people in the same location using this exchange server for blackberry)
blackberry.com - email

V4.3.0.124 - Alltel
