Hallo All,

am newbie in Blackberry and have started loving-it by minutes, am using BB 8820.

I got a question perhaps anyone can solve it for me, whenever am trying to use the application loader the message below appear :

" the selected device is currently supporting an active dial-up networking session. To continue the loading process close the dial-up session and press rety......"

I have tried to find out whereabout the active dial-up networking on my BB device but couldn't find it.

Would be grateful if anyone can give me a solution to sort this out.

I've had this as well, even with the radio on the Blackberry turned off. I'm using Blackberry Desktop Software 4.2.2. Looks like it's time to upgrade to something a little more current. As far as I can tell this is just a glitch between the BB and Desktop Software. To fix it, unplug the BB from the USB cable and immediately plug it back in, then hit "retry" on the computer. You may have to repeat this several times, but I've always gotten it to work this way.
