I searched through some pages on here to see if there was any other related threads and I didn't see one so I figured I would ask this question myself.

Like there is with the ColorPearl application, is there any 3rd party out there that lets you choose what color your LED indicator flashes for certain things? There is blue for bluetooth, red for messages, and I even saw purple and green and orange. Just wondering if there was a 3rd party application that would let you change what color shows up for what, like if you wanted it to flash purple for text messages and green for emails, etc.

BBAlerts will do this for you. I don't use it but have heard good things about it.

bb alerts will work I believe but not on the 4.3 os

BBAlerts, huh? hmmm is that a free app or one you have to pay for? and does it have a zip download? I am in the process of getting internet back on my BB so I can't do an OTA download.

It's a pay-for app. Search the Aftermarket software forum for it. You'll get lots of hits.

I see a cod file and a jad file.

Do I D/L both, in any order?

Is that an OTA site?

You want the .jad...it will prompt to install. Yes OTA site.

No need for them to be free, use BBPearlAlerts, which is the same as above but will change the color of the pearl as well. After you trial it, you will pay for it trust me. I used if on the trial and after the trial period was over I coulnt believe how much I NEEDED the program. Best $12 I ever spent.
