Default Send from different email addresses

Please Login to Remove!

I'm sure this is a common question, but I'm not finding the answer in search results or the FAQ's ...

Just got a BB 8310 on O2 in the UK, and using BIS for email. I have so far set it up with my main email account which is an IMAP account on my own domain name.

However, I have several email "identities" with their own email addresses on domains I also own, however, all of these email addresses are forwarded to my main account.

So, for example, my main email is [email address] which is a real IMAP address which I have successfully set up on BIS. However, [email address] forwards to [email address], but if I reply on the BB to an email sent to the domain2.com address, I want to send from the domain2.com address on the BB.

Any help on how to set this up on the 8310 with BIS gratefully received.

Nick.

You'd need to turn off the forwarding and just set up each account individually in BIS.

Thanks for the suggestion. Had a quick look at that, and it says it only works with BWC email - is that compatible with BIS email?

I was thinking there were issues with BBReply and the newer BIS and OS's but you can give it a try. BWC (Blackberry Web Client) is what they used to call it. They call it BIS (Blackberry Internet System) today.

Sorry to ask such a dumb question, but how would I install something like BBReply?
