All,

I just wrote a simple program that is downloading fine on my Curve and a friend's Curve (as a jar file off my website). Downloads fine and everything (even the icon!) works.

However, another friend is trying to download to her Pearl and it says "Download Failed". There is no 'details' button and no other error information.

Any ideas? She is on the same BES as me. I know her security policy is not blocking it (so it isn't the 910 error).

Make sure she has an up to date OS. Also she shouldn't be downloading a jar file, she should be downloading a JAD file which is linked to a COD file.

Yeah, she has issues with the .jar and the .jad - both say download failed.

I'll check OS version and see if that helps.
