I did have the access keys working on my blackberry but they don't work now. I really am confused now and don't think I did anything - of course did otherwise they'd be still there right? It's a 8700g and all was going well and it's now annoying me can't use access keys. Anyone got any ideas? The underlining on the applications to show the access keys has now gone also.

I assume that "access keys" are the shortcuts to applications.

Go into the Phone application, click the wheel and select Options / General Options.

Make sure "Dial From Home Screen" is set to No.

I don't see general options - i see advanced options and various others but no general options - using 8700g - is this a different setting? I am under the spanner options section if that helps.
