Default RSA SecurID unable to install on 8703e?

Please Login to Remove!

Any BES Admins out there experience this issue? Looks like the software installs fine but the icon does not appear on the screen. Want to know if this is just me before I run to RSA.

can you provide more information regarding this solution. Just wanting some info.

What was installed on the server?

what is actually involved for both server and handhelds?

I know that there are white papers but its still different when someone acutally does it.

The SecurID token runs as an application with a software token on the BB, so you can ditch your keyfob. Most of our people like it alot, they want to get rid of their hard tokens.

Didn't realize there was a 2.0.10 out there! We are running 2.0.07 and loading it OTA. Will try the new version, thanks!

On a related note, since the ALX file in "2.0.10" is unchanged from "2.0.07" and the components are still labeled 2.0 in there, can I just replace the two cod files (SecurID.cod and SecurIDLib.cod) on the wireless app share? Will it update all our existing devices previously loaded OTA, or will it just affect new loads?
