Having an issue installing the cdo.dll update in kb926666. error states that I need sp2 installed. can I just register the updated cdo.dll manually using regsvr32 or do I need the full kb926666 update?

I believe this bes build is a base 4.0 build. I will be upgrading to 4.0 sp6 tonight as well but believe I will still need the updated cdo.dll.

If it is asking for an exchange sp2 install, what features need to be updated? I already have ESM installed and I believe updated with exchange sp2.

Make sure any service packs installed on Exchange are also installed on the BES server for the sake of the ESM tools. Once you've done that ensure your CDO.dll file in the Exchange/BIN folder on the BES is either the same version number or a higher version number than the CDO.dll file on the Exchange server (BIN folder also). If you need to replace a CDO.dll then ensure you remove or rename any previous CDO files in this location, and once you have copied a new one across, REGSVR32 it through a DOS box.
