Without knowing what kind of security your Work's Wi-Fi uses, it's impossible to tell you what to do that will work. I will tell you that my company's WiFi requires (Active Directory) authentication, and here's how I set it up:

- On the BlackBerry, select Set Up Wi-Fi which should be under Setup from the Home Screen
- An Introductory screen may follow - simply proceed and when asked, select Manually Add Network and use the following settings:
- SSID:(Your Work SSID)
- Security Type: PEAP
- User name: (domain\username)
- User password: (Domain password)
- CA certificate: VeriSign Class 3 Root (G2)
- Inner link security: EAP-MS-CHAP v2
- Token: <None selected>
- Server subject:
- Server SAN:
- Check Automatically obtain IP address and DNS
- Check Allow inter-access point handover
- (your choice) Prompt before connection
Give it a try. Worst case, you won't get connected!
