I have an 8310 and I have no problem receiving MMS from other phones. I can even send on to myself from my phone.
However, if I try to send one from my computer, I don't receive it. I do receive SMS texts.
My MMS options are set to always.
My carrier is AT&T and I have all the current OS etc on my phone.

What gateway address are you using to send the MMS to the device? Are you sure it's the correct one for your carrier.

I am using gmail webmail when trying to do this.
My e-mail client on my computer is set correctly I would think, since I can send e-mails. Or am I incorrect in this assumption?

No. What I'm asking is what address you sent it TO?

For example, it's 5551212@vzwpix.com for Verizon. Where the 5551212 is replaced by your 10 digit phone number.

What address did you use for AT&T?

Hmmmm ... and I'm assuming that all the other data and email services are working correctly on the device?

Have you tried having someone else send an MMS to your phone from a different email address?

Yes. We tried it from a yahoo address.
I can receive from other phones. Just not from a computer.
I can, however, receive SMS texts from the computer.
Strange???......

And your regular emails and other data features are working correctly on the the device?

Everything else works fine on my phone!
This is the only thing that isn't working.
I guess I could just e-mail to my address and forward it as MMS.
