Every time i check the repeat button it never repeats the song...does anybody else have this problem and if so how do you fix it?

I just tried mine, and it works like a charm, as long as you are not in a playlist, where I guess it repeats the playlist.

i did all that and this been happening to me since i got the phone back in jan
