My curve 8320 will not charge in the optional BB cradle, but my 8310 will. I swapped the batteries but no change. Any ideas?? Thanks from a newbie.

Are the charging contacts in the same place on both models?

Yes, they are identical and they make a good contact in the cradle. I am wondering if this is a software problem, or if there is an option to disable the rear charging contacts.
