Log in to your carrier's BIS website and use the "Change Device" option.

See the FAQ for the link:

Where can I log into my BIS account? - BlackBerryFAQ

Select Cingular BIS Login. Use the user name and password you used to set up your email on the device.

Just call your carrier. They can reset the user name and password for you.

Please excuse me as I am not very up on technology.

I have just changed from BB 8100 to BB 8110. I have managed to change all data and can synchronise with my laptop fine.

However I can't set up my email accounts. On my old BB 8100 it gave me two email set up options. First one to 'create or add email address' and second one to use 'BB Enterprise Server'. On the new BB8110 the first option is missing and I only have the Enterprise Server option. I've tried to set this up and I can't do this.

Please can anyone help me? I am on MTel network in Bulgaria.

Thanks

You don't need to set up email again. If you're switching devices you need to transfer your BIS account from the old BB to the new BB as mentioned above.

If you don't transfer the BIS account and end up creating a new BIS account for your new BB then make sure you have your carrier delete your old BIS account.

Sounds like you don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan properly set up for the device.

Contact your carrier.
