How can I transfer my files from PC to BB 9780?
I connect USB via PC and open Blackberry desktop but it didn't seem like is connected. All calenders is not sync to BB.

I click configure in BB desktop and it state "connect a device", it is already connect and had tried several times plug in and out.
What should I do?

And I cannot open or view attachment in my email. It keep stating the server is busy. I'm using BIS not server.:

Which driver?
I went to the BB website and it says we need service provider to authorise to use it.

The driver does not come with the original box?

You mention desktop manager in your first post, I think. If you've installed that, then you have the necessary drivers.

Make sure the problem is not your USB connection or a problem with the port. BlackBerrys do not do well with hubs or USB connections on keyboards or monitors and so forth. Use a USB connection on the computer. If one isn't working, try another.
