My 8100 has developed a unusual problem.

When I am on phone calls, I can hear the other party only through the speaker. If I take the phone off speaker, I can't hear anything at all.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this? I've pulled the battery and it hasn't helped.

You most likely need a new earpiece.

Check out horizonwireless and see if they got any. Theyr a great compant
