last week i got the p9981 it was working fine until i updated the bbm which was prompted to me in the blackberry world. after the update the bbm app just disappeared, i deleted it and tried to install it again but the problem still persisted. i did some research online and downloaded the old bum version 6. after doing so my bbm was working but i was unable to add any one nor could anyone add me, it was showing in the pending requests. i have lost all my contacts and i have tried to re add them but is not working. when someone tries to send me a bbm it shows with a x which means it is not sending. it would be kind if someone could assist me with the problem.
