my ex husband and my ex lawyer downloaded spyware into my Blackberry. they listened to all of my phone conversations, got my phone list, tracked my by the GPS and terrorized me and my two children. There should be some way to prevent this. He has done it more than once. I have a password to protect my phone and hope he cannot download anymore spyware, but i am not sure. This was very costly for me not only financially but in other ways too. I had no idea for the longest how they were able to tell every move i was making. I has been horrible :
