My husband has a 8703e BB with service through Verizon. This is a corporate issued phone and he is on a BES. We have called both Verizon and his BES administrator about this issue.

The issue is... When someone from his contact list or address book calls him and the phone is locked, only the phone number shows on the screen. The contact name doesn't show up.

Verizon has said it must be a setting on the BES or his provisioning. His BES Admin said they don't restrict anything and that it must be a setting on the device itself.

Can anyone help me? Thank you!
