Let me make myself clear too, i am no fan of this bill. I just don't understand what is unconstituional about requiring insurance.
You don't need insurance if you don't want to drive.

As far as health insurance you are not given a choice.

This Country is going to shit.
In some states you are required to have auto insurance if you have a license whether or not you own a car
