the Cingular TCP settings should be as follows:
APN: WAP.CCINGULAR
USER NAME FOR APN: [email address]
pASSWORD:
CINGULAR1
(ALL ENTRIES SHOULD BE IN CAPS)

If possible I also recomend including the links to the provider specific web page for OS upgrade location.

This is a great thing you are doing, keep it up.
