By resize, rotate you meant Videos(avi, mov, mp4, 3gp) or Pictures(bmp, jpg, png, gif)?
If it were video - I would doubt the APIs would allow for it - but we will try to get it.
If it were images - sure we can and will consider it for future versions through the file explorer.
