Greetings all....
BES 4.0, Notes-
Very new to BES!
Small Shop (15 Handhelds)

Our user are haveing issues sending to addresses outside our network... They recieve from outside and send inside network.
I see this line in lotus service but don't know really where to begin...

BES pending count 59, sent 15, queued 44

Any help would be most appreciated...
