I have inherited overseeing 24 BBs. I just have upgraded the BES and OS to 4.0. I have two BBs, a 6280 and a 7290, that I am having problems with.

Both of these users use the "File As: Company Name" feature in Outlook to sort their contacts. Since the upgrade to 4.0 on the BBs any contact set as Company Name for the File as show up with out a header in Outlook.

All the settings are set for Outlook to win on any issues and all the other setting are identical to everyone else in the company. I have mapped the File as as a user defined key and it still will not work.

Any idea on how to get the problem corrected. I would tell them to adjust how they file their contacts in Outlook but have no desire to tell that to my CEO.
