Angry Serious Problem with 8520 curve but is it Blackberrys Fault?

Hey, I'm having ridiculous problems using the internet with my 8520
I never use Wi-fi just connect via my internet provider T-Mobile(webnwalk).

It had been running fine for the first two months of my contract, but last week it started to run ridiculously slow maybe a page every 3-4 mins, it's really struggling to load pages sometimes not even connecting at all. I noticed that when I'm not able to connect the GPRS signal changes to GSM?

I've rang T-Mobile about 18 times and each advisor has a different view, some say my area is having problems(false because I check my area connection).
Others say it's Blackberry that's having problems they have released a statment saying alot of BB users are having problems. I've read the statement and it's problems with App world and BB messanger, there's no mention of internet issues. Sorry to go on but I'm so fed up I've been with T-Mobile for 4 years and never had serious issues like this.

Should T-Mobile address this issue or should I sit and wait patiently like they suggest and wait for Blackberry to fix the issues?
I'm fed up of paying and waiting please Help
