I honestly don't know, but it doesn't sound locked. His posts are extremely hard to understand, and we don't know what's working and what isn't. Perhaps he is confusing the UK carrier from whence the device was purchased with the carrier who provides his SIM card. Oh well. I don't think there is a whole heck of a lot more help we can give him.
