The 9000 keyboard is much easier to type on, the screen is "whiter" and "brighter" when you put them side by side and it feels better built IMO. The 9700 amazes with the better speed due to more RAM and the trackpad is sooooo much better than the trackball. And, the camera with autofocus is much better and takes better pictures. I don't think it is the 3.2 MP vs 2.0 MP, since the lens is not good in any phone, but the ability to focus helps with the pictures. But who buys a BlackBerry for the camera? I have said this before, give me a 9000 with the trackpad, 512 MB of RAM and a slimmer battery cover and that is the perfect BlackBerry. I sold my 9000 but just ordered another one to go back for now until such a device comes out.
