Hello all -- I am trying to follow the instructions, but cannot find the btwusb.inf file referenced in the instructions (Step 2). Do I need to execute the downloaded WIDCOMM drivers first in order for that file to be created?

Edit: Never mind -- I was looking in my computer's root directory -- not the extract. Sorry!
