Brick Breaker did not appear in the list of apps to install. Therefore, I could not select it. I had an older version of brick breaker on my 6750. I removed BrickBreaker from version 3.6 OS prior to installing 4.0.
Tonight, I checked App Loader, and Brick Breaker was not in the list.
Can you send me a copy of the Brick Breaker game? If Not, do you know where I can get it from or what to do next?

If worse comes to worse, you can use javaloader.exe to remove the brickbreaker game from the 3.7 OS, and install it on your 4.0 BlackBerry;
Try checking your BlackBerry Desktop Manager
-> Application Loader
-> Next
-> Look at the checkboxes and enable BrickBreaker
