How to solve this problem, occur while I am upgrading my 8310 BB?

Note that, My phone was not be recognized by Desktop Manager and Could not be powered on.

I am trying by the wipe software Jl_Cmder

The BDM just shows this notice.

"Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation."


I have tried several times.

Please help me if you used be in the same case.
