I just upgraded to 10.2.1 and my bbm wouldn't come up, it's been way over 24hours and it's the same, I can see messages come in into the hub, but anytime I click on it to read, it prompts me to set up bbm and then goes into coma of Restoring bbm contacts.

I will appreciate any help I can get from this forum.
