ok,
1. I do a battery pull daily using the Quickpull program
2. All are set to Allow
3. I did that, tried both areas, same results.
4. Yes, confirmed it is in the BIS

I will see where I can run the test, capture the event log and send it through.

Yes Shaw account to a shaw account. AND also from my corporate account to the shaw account, same results.
