I have also had issues with pocketmac and the entire syncing process. Initially it was hung while trying to sync with address book. I found that groups were the issue. I read somewhere that u should not select which groups to sync, just sync all. that seemed to work.

Now the issue is with the task/to do sync. I get wild and crazy changes; stripping due dates after the sync, items reappearing after they were deleted, etc. Have emailed Rim and the Author of the software repeatedly. The software is just not supported at all. INCREDIBLE.

So, have determined that I need to overwrite tasks from the mac, and only make changes to tasks on the mac. Other than that, contacts and calendars do sync.

I have also had the pscd problem. After a reboot, it seems to work ok, on subsequent syncs, it comes back up. There doesn't appear to be an answer. Rim is a huge company. why can't they support their product?
