I would like to know if somebody has succesfully setup a Blackberry Smart Card Reader. I follow all the logical steps and in the last stage I get the next ERROR: "Unable to initialize the user authenticator, no supported user authenticator is present". I have already loaded my certificate to the smart card that complies with ISO 7816. Smart card reader is succesfully paired (bluetooth), but it is not possible to recognize the smart card.
What do you suggest me to do or check list or white paper to read?
