I have a new blackberry,
came to the bit in setup where you register your blackberry ID, U couldn't remember what email I had used on previous phone (curve 8520) and assumed new phone new registration. The clever blackberry has noticed that I am using two different logins through the same wireless system, and has closed down my old blackberry ID, can't access blackberry app store etc.
I realise I should have used the old login, it would have retrieved the apps I am used to using.
And having logged in with two different email addresses I seem stuck,
it probably looks dodgy to blackberry, and I now can't log in to the apps at all.
Help please, beyond my know how, don't want to use factory reset, I lost stuff in the change, love the new phone but need to get apps.
Both email addresses I used come to the same handset.
