I can't speak for TM but on AT&T I couldn't find it either so I called Customer Service.

They enabled it on my account (it's a free option on my plan) and stepped me through setting it up while I was on the phone - even left me a test voice mail and called me back after I had seen it to make sure I had no more questions about how it worked.
