First, watch your language. This is a family-friendly forum. Second, this is not a way to treat someone that volunteers their time to try to help you with an issue. If you had stated that you have tried that in your initial post, then we wouldn't have asked you to try it. You have no idea how many people don't try that when it fixes a lot of issues.
I suggest you watch your attitude and show some respect. Otherwise, I think you'll have a hard time finding help for your future problems. That is if you stick around long enough (if you don't change your attitude).
