Default BES12.5.2 Migration from Exchnage 2010 to 2016

Hello,
We have BES 12.5.2 and Windows Exchange Server 2010. They are working fine for many years.
Now we implemented Exchange Server 2016, when I move BES users from Exchange 2010 to 2016 they BB devices stop working (Blackberry, Android or iPhone).
What I have missed?
I will appropriate any help.
