Spoke with VZW again yesterday afternoon. After they resent service books I am now seeing * at both the main mailbox as well as the AOL mailbox. As far as the replying and the forwarding, when I got off the phone with VZW it was at over 90% that I was able to replyt or forward on the 1st attempt. Which is leading them to believe that it is as AOL issue, and i just have to wait it out.
