Yes, RIM will support 7.0.3 client. This is a direct quote from RIM support:
If the backend GroupWise Servers have PO Agents 7.0.2 HP or later running, then you will be able to run the 7.0.3 GroupWise client on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. If you have the Read Me for the 7.0.3 GW client, Novell does recommend using Service Pack 3 for GroupWise 7.0 on server and client.
