Hi, sorry for you men, you can recover any number if the last phone is dead, only you can get a phone book and pin contact in your new BB phones if you have registered a you email, validated and registered with the new feature of backup server offered from blackberry server. This work, if you loss or damage you phone, you can get your phone book and pin contact when moving your bb account from last phone to new one. A message appear some like that "Recover Phone Book from Server" Yes or Cancel.
