So i have been having the issue for a few months now and have tried jl-cmder to wipe, i've tried blackberry swiss army knife, tried reloading the os multiple times. On boot up it starts witht he blackberry logo and the white progress bar, then the screen just goes white. Does not finish booting, just stays white. Does not connect to the computer, so in the this state i cannot even do a wipe. Previously after mutiple (50+) battery pulls i have got it to restart. This time i have been unable to get the software to load.



If my phone dead? I'm getting sick of this problem. Love blackberry but there comes a point where thats not enough.
