Thanks for the post. Your logs indicate that your system was infected, not your blackberry.
The drive is mounted under /Volumes, is that an external drive? usb key?
Pathnames are not consistent with the blackberry filesystem structure so better run another scan and update your eset signature files. There is nothing wrong with your blackberry. Those are win32 executables.
