This seems to be a recurring thread with other users. I have installed BB Device Manager 6.0.0.11 and have connected my BB using my USB cable, trying all USB connections on my laptop. I can access the memory card on the phone as a drive, and can see the the BB Smartphone in the Hardware Device Manager. But I do not see a USB connection in the BB Device Manager only COM Ports. I have removed and re-installed but i can never sync up my BB. I have a Lenovo T61, running MS XP SP3. Any ideas. Thanks.
