My girlfriend just got the Z10, I am waiting for the Q10...
She's had it since yesterday and it has crashed (black screen, reset) at least 7 or 8 times. This is not a good impression for her since she just went back to BB from an iPhone 4 instead of an iPhone 5.

Any insight on this? Now, the Verizon BB JUST came out on Thursday, so this is the newest Z10 out there, but still - it's pretty embarrassing...
