Adding my comment to throw this back to the top.

I can't believe there are only 50 posts on this issue. Kind of seems to be a show stopper if you ask me!

This has halted our Exchange 2007 migration. My manager finally came down on me, asking to open a ticket with RIM (even though it's an apparent known issue to be fixed with SP5 MR1).

As with some of you, I contacted RIM support this morning. While the tech was very polite, he seemed completely unaware of an existing hot fix. He did mention Critical Advisory SDR 162722 (which I've seen), but the suggested work around does not work.

Livelink - Redirection

I really pushed him, asking for any test\beta hot fix they may currently have. He had me run the BBCheck.exe utility and send it to him. They're suppose to get back with me within 24 hrs.

Here's our environment -

Windows Server 2003
Ver 5.2 (Build 3790.srv03_sp2_gdr.070304-2240 : Service Pack 2)

Exchange 2003 - Version 6.5 (Build 7638.2: Service Pack 2)
Exchange 2007 - Version 8.1 (Build 240.6)

BES - Version 4.1.4 MR4 (Rollup) (Bundle 134)
