Do you have either the BlackBerry Desktop Manager or Device Manager installed? Both of these will install the required BlackBerry drivers onto your PC. make sure that when installing either one of these applications that the BlackBerry is
NOT connected to the PC.
If the drivers are installed properly and JL_Cmder still can not communicate with the BlackBerry, you may have a hardware related problem. Contact your service provider.
