uSirius basically contains a Sirius tuner to pull the content and an embedded mms server to serve up the streams via MMS.
To access the MMS stream remotely on you BB, you have to install Orb, and define MMS streams (you get these from uSirius) as channels in Orb.
As long as uSirius & orb are running on your home PC, you can access the orb page from your BB browser & launch the stream.
